I acknowledge that due to differences in lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of fabrics, slight variations in colour and fabric texture may occur. I understand that these minor variations are not considered defects.
I acknowledge that I am required to record a continuous, unedited opening/unboxing video while receiving the product. I understand that this video may be required in case of any complaint regarding the product or its condition upon delivery.
I acknowledge that I should not wash the saree unless specifically advised otherwise. For regular care, I should gently air the saree in a shaded, well-ventilated area and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as it may affect the colour and fabric over time.
I acknowledge that sarees are not eligible for return once the blouse fabric has been cut or the saree has been customised as per my request.
I understand that eligible returns, where applicable, can be processed only at the Changanacherry branch. I acknowledge that I should check the product and its return eligibility before proceeding with any cutting or customisation.
