2. Product Handling & Delivery

• Customers must take a clear opening video while unboxing the product immediately upon delivery
• The video must clearly show the sealed package and the condition of the product.
• This video is mandatory for raising any damage or defect claims.

3. Store Returns

• Products can be returned at any branch of MLOFT by Joel Jacob Mathew
• The original invoice must be produced at the time of return.
• The price tag must not be removed
• The product must be unused and in original condition.
