Return Eligibility

Return Period

• Items must be returned within 6 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Blouses
• Sarees with stitched blouses
• Sarees which you have already detached the blouse piece
• Customized products
• Personalized products

Product Condition

• Products must be in original condition.
• All labels and tags must be intact.
• The price tag must not be removed.
• The original invoice must be produced.
• An opening video of the product is mandatory for damage/defect claims.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
• All returns are subject to approval after verification.

No Refund Policy

• MLOFT by Joel Jacob Mathew does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
• Returned products, if approved, may be eligible only for:
  • Exchange of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit (if applicable at management discretion).

Cash refunds or payment reversals will not be processed.

No Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.
• No refunds will be issued for cancelled, refused, or returned shipments.
