Delivery & Returns
Returns are accepted within 6 days of delivery, only for damaged or defective items, and are subject to approval after verification. Products must be unused and in original condition, with all labels and the price tag intact and the original invoice. An opening video is mandatory for damage or defect claims.
Approved returns may be eligible for an exchange of the same product, subject to availability, or store credit at management’s discretion. We do not offer refunds, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Blouses, sarees with stitched blouses, sarees with the blouse piece detached, and customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
